DD4 now has her own pair of hand-knit socks! I used Cherry Tree Hill Supersock in Country Garden colorway. I cast on for the first sock July 13, 2007 and finished the second sock July 23, 2007. Thank goodness for small feet! That is a record for me! It really was a fast knit.I began her socks in Tofutsies 733 and just did not like the yarn... very splitty and difficult to manage for such a small sock. So I took her to our LYS and had her choose from the CTH selection.... It was a dream to knit with....I loved the Cherry Tree Hill so much , that I ordered CTH Silver Streak from The Loopy Ewe... I'm almost a Loopy Groupie!! The Sliver Streak is for DS 12... he thought that it would be cool to have Zebra Stripe socks....
Once I knit DS12 socks up then it's a pair for DH and I will have made socks for the whole family. Now if I can just find the most "man approved" sock color... and the most "man approved" stitch pattern....
